Once you reach this cumulative watch time, you can check the drops page and claim your reward, the Helgaia and Saphia pet chest, for free!
You will need to view four hours of Lost Ark streaming in total to unlock the rewards, including the Helgaia pet chest. You may need to wait up to 24 hours for the rewards to appear in your account. Log out and back in again if you were logged in while redeeming the Twitch drops and they should then appear.
